The room was nice with two comfortable queen beds, a desk, a fridge, and a microwave. The bathroom layout was great- in addition to the typical counter space on either side of the sink, there was an additional shelf that ran the length of the counter. It was so convenient to have all of your toiletries handy but not take up the whole counter. We loved the complimentary breakfast each morning. They had a great set up with hot food (such as sausage, omelettes, and potatoes) along with cereal, muffins, breads, and a make your own waffle station. There was an attached dining room which was very comfortable. We also loved the indoor pool/hot tub. Staff was very nice. Awesome ice cream parlor nearby!

We actually mistakenly booked this hotel. But where happy once we got there and had absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff where friendly and attentative. Each person we encountered from the front desk to the housekeeping to the maintence service all said good morning or greeted us warmly. The rooms were spacious and kept clean daily. The breakfast was plentiful and had nice options for anyone's diet choice. The coffee bar was fully stocked all day long. The pool and hottub area was perfectly clean and had plenty of towels to use for drying off. The flowers in the front recently planted at the beginning of the season were pretty and added a nice touch to the grounds. The parking was plentiful and we always found a spot to our liking.

I'm not a breakfast person but had a muffin the first morning - nothing the second. I have stayed here many times. Location is perfect to go to Kennebunkport, Ogunquit and Kittery. I go in the spring and fall to avoid the summer crowd. I requested room 131 and it was available.

new, modern rooms, helpful, knowledgeable staff, room was refreshed after first nite, breakfast was ok , fine. everywhere was clean, even though dos are allowed, love that! Hot tub was good, area didn’t smell like too much pool chemicals. even like the text i got from hotel after first nite checking to see how everything was so far. location is great . love the water bottle filling machine, nice touch.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. The beds were comfy! The manager (Tom?? ) helped by husband with the breakfast items by identifying kosher products.

The pool, hot tub and pool area are clean and large. Decent breakfast, not the best but okay. Fine for a day or two. I love the 24hr access to tea and coffee in the lobby. Small lobby store with water and snacks. HUGE room with comfortable beds, lots of towels and pillows. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Across the street from a Hannaford and Reny's if you need anything. Easy drive into town and the beach.

The location is great, close to some of our favorite restaurants. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Our room was large, very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nicely kept Hotel, very nice indoor pool and whirlpool and comfy breakfast room. 5 min drive from Wells beach and located right across the street from a supermarket. Also, only a short drive to Ogonquit
